When Schnitzels was created, we set out to give Cornwall a dining lounge & nightspot laced with a vibe, siphoned from the streets of Europe. Influenced by Venetian cafes, Welsh pubs, English nightspots, Czech favourites and Italy’s love for food, we infused as much European flavour as we could muster. We created both our menu with the idea that good food didn’t have to be complex; ergo ur chefs designed a menu that boasts great flavours matched with a simple execution. We start with core European flavours, added some North-American style, mixed in some fresh local ingredients and snuck in a hint of delicious; a recipe we’ve extended through all of our dishes. We invite you to come and experience Cornwall’s premier nightspot.
